Miyata designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of our own brand of original products. We have also created a number of unique products with special functions. For example, our innovative B-Well shoes feature a high sanitization and anti-virus performance that eliminates bacteria and odor, and our MuscleTrainer shoes allow the user, simply by walking, to strengthen muscles, burn a high number of calories and reduce body fat.

One of our key roles as a trading company and wholesaler is to give manufacturers the feedback they need to stay abreast of the latest market needs, developments, and trends. We provide manufacturers with real-time information on consumer purchases, and we present the market with information on superior manufacturers and products from around the world. Our role is not just to provide products, but to create the market and environments to support their sales.

The Miyata Logistics Center (MLC) provides a vital function, serving as the core of our high-efficiency delivery system. At the MLC, more than 400,000 pairs of shoes are kept in inventory, processed and controlled by a sophisticated computer system, and some 50,000 pairs are delivered to customers everyday. Our Shanghai Logistics Center provides total quality control for all products manufacturers in China. Rigorous visual inspection and machine inspection using X-ray diagnosis, a needle detector and other sophisticated equipment help ensure that all products meet the high quality standards required especially in the Japanese market.
